what I expect from you:
1. complete disclosure. I can't help you if you are not honest with me. I need to know if you are cheating, skipping workouts etc.
2. to weigh and measure your foods. You cannot eye ball what 4 oz is. It needs to be weighed. If you are NOT doing this you are probably way over eating more than what you think.
3. work in the gym. lift heavy. don't coast through
4. Check-ins are weekly. With your program, I will send you a complete outline of what is required. I do not chase you for check-ins. This is your responsibility.
