First of all I want to thank you for putting your trust in me to reach your fitness goals. I wanted to give you an outline of what is expected from me/you.
what I expect from you:
1. complete disclosure. I cant help you if you are not honest with me. I need to know if you are cheating, skipping workouts etc.
2. to weigh and measure your foods. You cannot eye ball what 4 oz is. It needs to be weighed. If you are NOT doing this you are probably way over eating more than what you think.
3. work in the gym. lift heavy. don't coast through your training.
4. I want check in biweekly. Weekly if you are in contest prep. with that I need included:
weight this week and previous.
pics, front and back, last check in pics done in photo collage if possible. Copy and paste of diet plan and cardio regime.
biceps, under boob line, waist, belly button, butt, thigh, calve
I do not chase you for check ins. This is your responsibility.
5. I take fitness seriously. And I assume since you contracted me you do as well. On that note, I need your head into this. I don't want to hear excuses. I will help you as much as I can but I can't do it for you.
6. If you wish to discontinue services, please tell me 10 days before your payment is due.
