Hey there! My name is Jenny Chan, and I am a certified personal trainer/nutritionist, coach, and gym owner. 


I have 13 + years in the fitness industry and have competed in a handful of different competitions, including bodybuilding, local powerlifting, and strongman. I qualified to compete at the PowerX competition at the Arnold Classic in 2018. I have recently earned my pro card for both master's and open bikini in 2024 and am actively competing and hoping to make it to the final stage, the Olympia! 

I have quite a diverse background, from being a part-time strength and conditioning coach for collegiate athletes to group fitness, training seminars, coaching, and one-on-one sessions with my clients. I work with all ages and fitness levels. 

I believe in mind, body, and soul connection when it comes to training and nutrition. Train with purpose whether you are a competitor or someone looking to make the necessary changes in their life to live a longer/healthier lifestyle. My goal for my clients is to know how to live a sustainable lifestyle. We are playing the game of longevity.
