My Coaching Philosophy:
I approach the body as a whole,
taking into account the physical, psychological,
and emotional aspect of the process, not just the
food aspect or the workout aspect. I create a sense
of awareness, reflection, and empowerment through
education working together throughout the process to
promote progressive behavior change to transform lives.
Customized macro meal plan, cardio programming and resistance training, supplement recommendations, adjustments to programming based on weekly check-ins and biofeedback, email communication, and support.

Mindset and Wellness Coaching
Private, one-on-one coaching sessions. A mindset and wellness coach will guide, educate, and make suggestions to promote positive changes while taking the whole body/whole person into consideration. Sessions are customized to fit your needs, to determine what will best motivate you, and hold you accountable to your goals. If you’re ready to make a change, let’s chat. (Sessions are 30-40 minutes in length).
1 session: $65.00
3 sessions: $180.0

I have over 20 years in the fitness and wellness industry. My specialty is working with the general population and lifestyle clients incorporating all aspects and dimensions of health and wellness. All programs are customized to the individual and focus on the physical, nutrition, and psychological aspects of fitness and wellness. I am the owner of Impact Nutrition and Wellness Coaching, LLC.
I am a certified personal trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), certified yoga instructor, and mindset and wellness coach. I use my experience and knowledge to build customized programs based on the goals and needs of the individual.
In addition, I hold a Ph. D. in Education and teach Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition and Weight Control, Weight Training, and Human Movement and Exercise Physiology.
