My Philosophy
Thank you for putting your trust in me to reach your fitness goals.
Here is an outline of what is expected from me/you:
What I expect from you:
Complete disclosure: I can’t help you if you are not honest with me.
I need to know if you are cheating, skipping workouts, etc.
Weigh and measure your food. You cannot eyeball what 4 oz. is. It needs to be weighed.
If you are NOT doing this, you are probably overeating more than what you think.
Work in the gym. Lift heavy. Don’t coast through.
Check-ins are weekly. With your program, I will send you a complete outline of what is required. I do not chase you for check-ins. This is your responsibility.
I take fitness seriously, and I assume you do as well since you contracted me. I need your compliance and diligence to format the plan for you.
If you wish to discontinue services, please tell me 10 days before your payment is due.
